Scripture Anchors
“For as in the body we have many members, and not all the members have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another.”

Ephesians 4:16 ESV
“Gracious words are like honey, sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.”
Proverbs 16:24
“Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works… encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”

The Vitamin
We who belong to Jesus are members of His body on the earth.
Each of us has a God‑given function, and when we work together, the world sees His light through us.
We are called to love one another, help one another, and encourage one another.
In a world filled with hatred, division, violence, and selfishness, the Church should stand out as a healthy body — united, loving, and whole.
Are you doing your part?
Are you joining with other believers, using your gifts, walking in kindness, and forgiving freely (Ephesians 4:32)?
God has equipped every member of His body with what is needed to build up the whole.
When each part works properly, the body grows strong in love.
We often underestimate the power we carry when we walk in harmony.
Unity is not optional — it’s essential.
Romans 12:16 reminds us to live in harmony with one another.
We have everything we need to stay spiritually healthy and continue the family business — the work of the Kingdom.
The Heart Check
- Are you stirring others up to love and good works?
- Are your words gracious, or bitter?
- Are you bringing unity, or contamination from the world’s ways?
- Are you honoring others, or only focused on yourself?
Be cleansed from the “dis‑eases” of old habits, old attitudes, and old mindsets.
Become who God created you to be — a functioning, healthy part of His body.
