Scripture Anchor
“A little leaven [a slight inclination to error, or a few false teachers] leavens the whole batch [it perverts the concept of faith and misleads the church].”
Galatians 5:9 AMP
The Vitamin
In the beginning was God.
He is still God.
He is the same God.
He will always be God.
There was a time when certain things were simply not done — because we reverenced God.
But now, more and more, things are being done that would have never been acceptable before.
Many no longer assemble with other believers.
The mindset is, “I can get the same thing watching online.”
Until they need the elders to pray.
Tithing is considered outdated.
People toss a little something in the offering — if anything — and then wonder why their bills outweigh their bank.
Prayer has flown out the window.
No one has time.
And the excuses keep coming:
- “It’s out of style.”
- “People don’t do that anymore.”
- “It doesn’t take all that.”
But look at the results:
- No prayer in schools
- Christian divorce rates higher than the world
- Babies aborted regularly
- People choosing their own identity
- Gun violence like toys in the street
- Confusion about fatherhood
- Children ruling homes with government backing
- Denominations dividing over whether God’s Word is still true
It only takes a little leaven to spoil the whole loaf.
There are no “little white lies.”
It’s either truth — or it’s a lie.
We are witnessing the consequences of people testing the truth to see if it’s “really real.”
And now we see — it is real.
Let God be true and every man a liar.
(Romans 3:4)
The Heart Check
Where are the older women who will teach the younger — by living the truth?
Where are the Timothys — pastors, leaders, teachers — upholding truth through the Holy Spirit?
Take a stroll through the Old Testament.
It’s not outdated.
God is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Better tell somebody.
Hell is real.
Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.
A little lie destroys the whole truth.
Who deceived you?
(Galatians 3:1)
It only takes a little influence from Satan.
The Call to Action
